Hireology’s technology helps businesses build great teams. Over the last 16 years, we’ve grown from a startup to a market-leading organization with 140 team members and built an award-winning culture that makes this company an amazing place to work.
It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Director of Healthcare Partnerships to our team. This is a critical pipeline-generating role, built on leveraging deep operator-level influence to drive meaningful growth.
The Director of Healthcare Partnerships is responsible for leading business and partnership development across our healthcare business. You will work with our Chief Revenue Officer and members of the broader team to architect the market development strategy and drive the execution of that strategy to propel the business forward. Hireology has built a strong position in post-acute care, including Home and Home Health Care, Senior Living, Long Term Care, Hospice, and Community Living. We are now extending that position across the broader healthcare ecosystem (e.g., behavioral health, DSOs), a growth phase that requires the ability to proactively create new networks and relationships.
This is a relationship-led role. We are looking for someone who has spent enough time in the healthcare industry and brings a rich network of relationships with operators, associations, capital partners, and vendors who shape it.
- Source and secure strategic introductions to key healthcare operators that convert directly into qualified sales pipeline and new business opportunities

- Works Independently and with a Team: The ideal candidate is a chameleon who can succeed both on their own and within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- A Problem-Solver: You will not only be identifying barriers to success, but creatively solving for those barriers in advance of them hindering our growth
- Communication: You need to be able to tell Hireology’s story in all types of arenas and audiences, and your ability to effectively communicate in a large group setting is a major factor
- 10+ years of external-facing business development, partnership, or advisory experience, with significant time spent in healthcare
