Job Description:
As the Cybersecurity Solutions & Certification Manager, you are the single point of contact and trusted advisor into the HPE Trust Office for managing security qualification/certification and representing HPE as a Technical Cybersecurity Expert.
Your Missions
- Manage ISO27001 for HPE France and SOC2 for dedicated area
- Be the interlocutor of ANSSI for any qualification/certification and HPE product vulnerability
- This role also prevents and covers potential crisis management mainly around disaster plan or product vulnerability with delivery organisation and associated customers communication in line with legal/contractual requirements.
- Ensure RFP support for security aspects around solutions qualification/certification.
- Be a guide concerning local security requirements (i.e. any ANSSI guide/whitepapers such as those for “Diffusion Restreinte” environment)
- Promote HPE Security Solutions to customers with technical and certification angle.
- Build global approach for OT protection, ZTNA, air-gapped solutions and Cyber Resilience.
- Work with Security partners to provide complete solutions to our customers in line with local security regulations
- Act as technical expert for Cyber Security approach
Education and Experience Required:
- Qualified at a minimum of Engineer’s degree level
- 10+ years’ experience in qualification/certification or IT/OT Cybersecurity solutions
- Some certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, ISO27001 Lead Implementer
Skills and expertise:
- Security Architecture and Engineering
- Communication and Network Security
- Demonstrates excellent consultative, solution selling skills
- Has Excellent speaking and writing skills with proven capability to represent the company at external customer and industry events
- Fluent in English and French
Specific skills sought
- Knowledge of security architecture especially around II901
- Experience in cybersecurity projects aligned with ANSSI requirements (i.e. Secured IoT or Private Cloud solution deployment)
- Hands-on experience in supporting security products, especially anti-malware and vulnerability management products, IPS, firewalls, HSM with BYOK or HYOK
- Good knowledge of key industry standards/certif such as: ISO27001, SOC2, CISA, EAL, CC etc.
- Professional accreditation such as CISSP, CCSP or Lead implementer certification
- This position requires also eligibility for clearance ( habilitation secret) by recognized authorities in respect of IGI1300
