About You:
You will play a crucial role in optimizing our business systems and driving operational efficiency across our business functions. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, post-sales, and finance teams to enhance processes and support strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve sales productivity.
What skills do I need? (4-5 bullet points max not including YOE and required education bullet points, do not include subcategories)
- 2-4+ years of experience in Salesforce, including any combination of configuration and development, automation building, user management.
- Expertise in AI-driven automation and middleware, specifically using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Claude Code to build cross-platform workflows and simplify complex data management.
- Strong ability to partner with business stakeholders to understand business process challenges and provide guidance on technical solutions
- Proven ability to implement technical solutions that drive business processes
- Self-motivated and curious problem-solver who remains calm under pressure, driving impact and continuous development while managing competing priorities in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Provision, troubleshoot, and support our commercial stack (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Spotlight.ai, Amplemarket, etc.). Serve as the primary point of contact for all user and system issues.
- AI & Workflow Automation: Design and maintain scalable automations using Zapier and n8n; utilize Claude Code and other AI tools to write scripts, build integrations, and automate repetitive GTM tasks.
- Process Improvement: Partner with GTM leaders to identify gaps, prioritize enhancements, and maintain a clear roadmap that drives productivity and revenue impact.
- Data & Reporting: Ensure key objects and fields are structured for reliable reporting. Build or tune Salesforce reports and dashboards for ad-hoc and recurring analytics.
- Documentation & Enablement: Create succinct user guides, process maps, and change-logs so teams know how (and why) things work. Train users on new features and best practices.Security & Compliance: Partner with IT & Security to enforce role-based access, data retention policies, and audit requirements.
