The Opportunity: 

CACI is seeking an experienced C2IE Support Lead, Senior to manage Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE) support operations across the Indo-Pacific. The C2IE Support Lead, Senior serves as CACI's frontline logistics manager responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing personnel and activities supporting the integration, synchronization, and sustainment of logistics data, operational information, and mission support processes within the Command-and-Control Information Environment. Reporting directly to the Logistics Planning Lead, this position manages day-to-day C2IE support execution, establishes work priorities, assigns resources, monitors team performance, and ensures logistics information is accurately captured, synchronized, and integrated to support operational planning, mission execution, theater sustainment, and decision-making across geographically dispersed locations. 

The C2IE Support Lead supervises and develops assigned personnel while coordinating closely with Government stakeholders, logistics planners, operational planners, Knowledge Management personnel, information technology specialists, data analysts, supply chain managers, Service Components, coalition partners, and mission partners. The manager is accountable for team performance, workload execution, quality, schedule adherence, risk identification, and timely resolution of C2IE support issues. This position contributes to successful program execution by improving logistics visibility, enhancing operational synchronization, and enabling timely, data-driven decisions supporting Special Operations Forces and Joint operations throughout the Indo-Pacific theater. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and lead C2IE support activities, personnel, workload, and resources integrating logistics information, operational data, and mission support processes across the program. 

  • Provide direct supervision and day-to-day management of assigned C2IE support personnel, including workload distribution, work prioritization, performance monitoring, coaching, and personnel development. 

  • Translate program and Government priorities into executable team objectives, schedules, deliverables, and performance expectations; track progress and implement corrective actions when required. 

  • Manage staffing, resource utilization, operational risk, and issue escalation for assigned C2IE support functions to maintain continuity of operations across geographically dispersed locations. 

  • Plan, assign, and oversee logistics data management and information integration activities supporting operational planning, sustainment, and mission execution. 

  • Direct the development, quality control, and maintenance of logistics common operational pictures, dashboards, reports, and decision support products. 

  • Establish management controls and performance standards to ensure logistics data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and synchronization across multiple Government systems and operational organizations. 

  • Manage cross-functional coordination with operational planners, Knowledge Management personnel, IT specialists, and logistics managers to resolve priorities, support information sharing, and maintain situational awareness. 

  • Support development and maintenance of logistics reporting procedures, data standards, and information management processes. 

  • Monitor team performance and logistics information flows; identify data quality issues, system deficiencies, staffing or workload constraints, and opportunities for corrective action and process improvement. 

  • Manage development and delivery of executive-level briefings, logistics performance metrics, operational assessments, and analytical reports; brief program and Government leadership on performance, risks, and recommended actions. 

  • Support theater logistics planning, contingency operations, exercises, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and emergent missions. 

  • Coordinate with Service Components, Combatant Commands, coalition partners, and host nation organizations to improve logistics information sharing and interoperability. 

  • Support implementation of logistics modernization initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and advanced data analytics capabilities. 

  • Ensure compliance with Government information management policies, cybersecurity requirements, and data governance standards. 

  • Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials supporting C2IE operations. 

  • Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop assigned logistics personnel; provide performance feedback, identify training needs, and ensure proficiency in C2IE processes, information management, and operational reporting procedures. 

  • Promote accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous process improvement while managing team performance to enhance logistics visibility and operational effectiveness. 

 

Qualifications: 

Required:  

  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting logistics management, operational logistics, logistics information systems, command and control systems, knowledge management, or operational planning for Government or Department of Defense organizations. 

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations. 

  • Experience integrating logistics information, operational data, and mission support processes across multiple organizations. 

  • Experience supporting logistics reporting, common operational pictures, operational dashboards, and logistics performance analysis. 

  • Experience supporting theater sustainment planning, supply chain management, transportation operations, or operational logistics. 

  • Demonstrated management experience leading multidisciplinary teams, assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring performance, developing personnel, and coordinating logistics information requirements across geographically dispersed operations. 

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and brief senior Government leadership on logistics performance, operational readiness, and information management initiatives. 

Desired 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Military Science, or a related field. 

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, SOCPAC, Geographic Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, or Service Component headquarters. 

  • Experience supporting Indo-Pacific operations, contested logistics, theater distribution, Joint logistics operations, or multinational sustainment activities. 

  • Experience utilizing C2IE, GCSS-Army, GCSS-MC, GCCS-J, JOPES, Power BI, SharePoint, ArcGIS, Microsoft 365, and other logistics information management and command and control systems. 

  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent logistics and information management certifications are preferred. 

  • Experience supporting digital logistics, data integration, knowledge management, logistics modernization, and operational analytics within Department of Defense environments is highly desirable. 

  • Experience integrating logistics information across Joint, coalition, interagency, and partner nation organizations supporting Special Operations Forces and Indo-Pacific operations is highly desirable.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600-$129,300
