Job summary
As a Business manager in the Business management team, you will support day-to-day operations and key initiatives by improving processes, strengthening reporting, and helping manage business risks. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver clear analysis, high-quality materials, and structured project support. You will also contribute to workspace planning and transformation efforts that improve the overall employee experience and operational effectiveness.
Job responsibilities
- Support workspace planning by providing guidance on seating allocations for business-as-usual operations, peak utilization periods, and business continuity needs
- Create, review, and publish standardized site reports and updates (e.g., utilization summaries, occupancy reporting, and executive-ready one-pagers)
- Monitor workspace utilization trends and drive progress toward utilization goals in partnership with stakeholders
- Coordinate with real estate, facilities, and technology partners to support site changes, densification, and transfer initiatives
- Support the development and execution of business transformation activities aligned to team priorities
- Drive and promote the adoption of digital solutions that improve operational workflows and stakeholder experience
- Partner with team members and global stakeholders to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
- Prepare business analysis, presentations, and project materials with a high level of responsiveness and accuracy
- Identify, escalate, and help mitigate risks associated with initiatives and deliverables
- Gather, validate, interpret, and analyze data to resolve reporting gaps and provide insights, trend analysis, and recommendations
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (completion of a 4-year course)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience creating clear, executive-ready presentation materials and/or business reports
- Ability to collect, validate, and interpret data to support reporting and decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
- High attention to detail, including consistency, formatting, and quality checks for deliverables
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence and follow through on commitments
