Job Summary
As a Vice President, Program/Project Manager within the Regulatory Program Management Office, you will be responsible for leading complex regulatory and non-discretionary initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. You will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define scope, establish governance, manage project plans, monitor risks and issues, coordinate resources, and provide executive reporting. This role requires strong project management discipline, executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to successfully navigate changing priorities while maintaining a focus on business outcomes and compliance obligations.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex regulatory and investor-driven projects in Home Lending.
- Develop project roadmaps and detailed task plans to ensure timely delivery with compliance deadlines.
- Facilitate cross-functional sessions to review new regulations, identify impacts, and define business requirements.
- Assign and track project tasks, drive accountability, and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Prepare and present clear, concise updates and materials for executive audiences and governance meetings.

Work Schedule and Location
