Leads execution of division strategy across a U.S. Navy engineering and services portfolio supporting maritime and aviation platforms. The role also involves preparing attorney materials, using eDiscovery and document-management systems, and performing administrative law assignments in a call-center environment.

Develops, edits, organizes, and maintains technical, process, configuration management, and executive documentation for government and intelligence programs. Defines and allocates RF system requirements, supports system architecture, reviews technical deliverables, creates SOPs and workflow diagrams, identifies process gaps, and manages document quality control and publication. Collaborates with engineers, program leaders, and government stakeholders while maintaining documentation standards and terminology.

Maintains, configures, and troubleshoots operating systems, servers, networks, and software.
