Lead execution of the HADES contract for satellite ground systems and hybrid-cloud mission environments. Oversee cost, schedule, staffing, risk, technical quality, cybersecurity integration, IDIQ task orders, and system availability. Implement Zero Trust access controls, certificate-based authentication, AD and Red Hat IdM policies, JIT/JEA workflows, and lifecycle automation for joiner/mover/leaver processes.

Manage multiple naval operational logistics projects from requirements through execution. Review technical materials, develop schedules and budgets, monitor funding and performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide engineering recommendations for ship alterations and studies.

Develop and prototype GenAI software solutions in short agile sprints. Lead technical design and architecture for an SAP ERP implementation aligned with DoD/USTC standards. Create system architecture and integration plans, oversee SAP configuration/customization, mentor team members, and manage DoD RMF accreditation and security compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and maintain testing for an SAP Transportation Management system. Design and run unit, integration, system, and UAT testing, build test frameworks and automation, create test plans/cases, track quality metrics, mitigate risks, and lead a team of test engineers within a SAFe Agile environment, coordinating with cross-functional and DoD stakeholders.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications and backend services for mission-critical C-UxS systems. Provide architecture and technical leadership, build RESTful APIs and responsive UIs, deploy via DevOps/container tooling, conduct code reviews, support high-uptime systems, and translate customer needs into technical requirements and BOEs.
