Skills Required
- 3+ years leading teams in Business Applications, Salesforce, or GTM Systems environments
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) including implementation, configuration, and architecture
- Strong knowledge of modern sales tools (Clay, Similarweb, Gong, DealHub, or similar platforms)
- Deep understanding of GTM business processes (lead-to-cash, pipeline management, customer success, marketing automation)
- Hands-on familiarity with GenAI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents) and their enterprise application
- Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows, or scripting/integration technologies
- Experience building or deploying GenAI-powered solutions in production enterprise environments
