Associate Director Sales (SAAS sales, Based in Mumbai, 10 + yrs B2B sales, Domain: EPM/CPM)
About the Role
CCH Tagetik, the corporate performance management (CPM) platform from Wolters Kluwer, is scaling rapidly in India . Demand from India's largest banks, NBFCs, insurers, manufacturers, and conglomerates is outpacing our current coverage capacity.
We are hiring an Account Executive to own a named-account territory and drive net-new ARR growth. This is a high-visibility, quota-carrying role in a business that has delivered strong year-on-year growth and a decisive shift to cloud/SaaS. You will sell a unified platform for financial consolidation, planning, regulatory reporting, and operational transfer pricing to CFOs and finance leadership at India's most sophisticated enterprises.
What You Will Do
- Own a named-account territory across manufacturing, and large conglomerates, with full responsibility for pipeline generation, deal execution, and bookings attainment
- Sell to the CFO's office — engage CFOs, financial controllers, heads of FP&A, and CIOs on high-stakes problems: long close cycles, complex group consolidation, regulatory compliance, and planning transformation
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles (6–12 months, six- and seven-figure ACV) from qualification through negotiation and close, with disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Co-sell with the Big 4 partner ecosystem — build deal-level alignment with EY, Deloitte, PwC, and Accenture practices, leveraging our strategic Centre of Excellence relationships to source and accelerate opportunities
- Position the unified platform advantage against point solutions and legacy incumbents (Oracle EPM/PBCS, Anaplan, OneStream, SAP BPC), anchoring value in regulatory readiness, finance ownership, and total cost of change
- Expand new product lines, into net-new and installed-base accounts
- Orchestrate the extended team — pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, services, and partner resources — to run coordinated account campaigns
- What We Are Looking For
- 8–12 years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 4 years selling EPM/CPM, ERP, analytics, or adjacent office-of-the-CFO solutions into large Indian enterprises
- A verifiable track record of quota attainment on net-new enterprise business, with deal sizes in the ₹1 Cr+ ACV range
- Fluency in the finance domain — you can hold a credible first meeting with a CFO on consolidation, close, planning, and regulatory reporting without a pre-sales resource in the room
- Experience co-selling with Big 4 or large SI partners, and the maturity to manage partner dynamics at deal level
- Strong command of value-based, executive-register selling — structured discovery, business case construction, and multi-threaded stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CA/finance background is an advantage
- Based in Mumbai, with willingness to travel across the territory as needed
- Why This Role
- Category momentum: India's regulatory agenda is forcing CFO-office modernization — you will sell into genuine, board-level urgency, not discretionary budgets
- Platform differentiation: A single unified platform spanning consolidation, planning, regulatory reporting, ESG, and transfer pricing — a materially stronger story than stitched-together point tools
- Partner leverage: Committed Big 4 Centre of Excellence investment means real, partner-sourced pipeline — not cold territory
- Backing of Wolters Kluwer: A €5B+ global leader in professional information and software, with the brand credibility to open CFO doors
- Growth-stage economics in an established company: A rapidly scaling India business with leadership visibility, uncapped earning potential, and a clear path to expanded scope
- Wolters Kluwer is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
