The Professional, Application Development job maintains, integrates and implements software applications within the organization. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and Salesforce configuration/customization. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Implement business requirements through declarative and programmatic Salesforce development.
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Integration Services.
- Create and maintain Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Reports/Dashboards.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability & follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions and integrations
- Preferred Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory), Platform Developer II (Preferred), Salesforce Administrator Certification, App Builder Certification

- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 4- 6 years of relevant experience.
