Own the AI for Product strategy and execution: Define the north star, set priorities, and create a pragmatic roadmap that delivers measurable, scalable outcomes.
Identify and launch impactful AI workflows: Focus on high-value moments for PMs across the product development lifecycle, including discovery, specs, analytics, experimentation, and stakeholder communications.
Drive organization-wide adoption: Turn AI capabilities into daily habits with enablement programs, templates, playbooks, a champions network, office hours, and seamless tool integration.
Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Product Leadership, Data, Design, R&D, Security, Legal, and IT to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
Establish responsible AI guardrails: Develop policies around privacy, reliability, review flows, traceability, and safe use of company knowledge.
Measure impact and iterate: Set KPIs, run pilots, track adoption and outcomes, and continually refine approaches based on data and feedback.
Enhance product craft: Establish standards for AI-driven product work, guiding PMs to use AI to improve thinking, communication, and decision-making.
AI becomes an integral and daily part of PM workflows
Meaningfully reduced cycle times and improved quality for core PM activities
Repeatable, scalable operating model for intake, prioritization, and enablement
Demonstrable value to Product Leadership via metrics and adoption
Strong understanding of the SDLC and how product work happens end to end across multiple teams and domains
Strong passion and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools, with a proven ability to turn them into daily workflows adopted at scale
Ability to take ambiguous goals and turn them into focused priorities, pilots, and scaled rollouts
Excellent stakeholder management: can align senior leaders, unblock cross-functional dependencies, and handle pushback with clarity
Strong written and verbal communication: you can craft narratives, frameworks, and playbooks that stick
Proven track record leading org-scale change in a large product organization, driving adoption through influence rather than authority
You will sit at the intersection of Product craft, AI, and scale, driving immediate and lasting impact across the entire Product organization and, by extension, millions of users.
This is an individual contributor (IC) role.
