    About the Role

    We are seeking a Workplace Maintenance & Operations to join our Facilities team at our leading high-tech office in Tel Aviv. In this key position, you will combine hands-on maintenance tasks with responsibility for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operational management of our site. This hands-on role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, building systems oversight, coordination with vendors and contractors, and providing high-quality service to our employees. As a key technical point of contact, you will help guarantee operational continuity and the efficient functioning of our workplace.

     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot building systems and facility-related issues.

    • Ensure the proper operation and preventive maintenance of building systems, including fire detection and suppression, sprinklers, UPS, HVAC, pumps, water systems, and related infrastructure.

    • Conduct routine inspections and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.

    • Support the daily operations of the site and respond to operational needs.

    • Manage and track service requests, create work orders, document activities, and update computerized maintenance systems according to defined SLAs.

    • Coordinate, supervise, and monitor work performed by vendors, contractors, and external service providers.

    • Manage maintenance inventory, order supplies, and coordinate equipment procurement as needed.

    • Participate in operational projects, office upgrades, and workplace improvements.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide excellent service to employees across the organization.

    • Lead maintenance and operational activities while remaining actively involved in daily hands-on work.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

     
    Requirements
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance within commercial buildings, office environments, or high-tech companies—required.

    • Proven hands-on maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and independent maintenance work—required.

    • Strong knowledge of general maintenance, including plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry/hardware repairs, and building infrastructure—required.

    • Experience working with building systems such as:

      • Fire detection and suppression

      • Sprinkler systems

      • UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems

      • HVAC systems

      • Pumps, water systems, and other building infrastructure

    • Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and external service providers.

    • Experience managing service requests and using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)—a significant advantage.

    • Licensed Electrician certification—an advantage.

    • Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading technical documentation)—required.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computer-based systems—required.

    • Ability to lead maintenance and operational activities while remaining active in hands-on work.

    • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently.

    • Experience maintaining modern office buildings or high-tech workplaces—a significant advantage.

Skills Required
