Own product marketing across positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and customer advocacy. Build repeatable PMM frameworks, coach other product marketers, translate product capabilities into buyer value, and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, BDRs, and customers in a B2B SaaS environment.

Build and own scalable full-stack features for a real-time event platform, including React frontends, Java backend services, WebSocket and pub/sub systems, cloud infrastructure, deployments, testing, and production reliability. Collaborate with product and design, shape technical architecture, use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, and optimize systems for high concurrency, performance, and resilience.

Lead and scale Zuddl’s outbound SDR function as a player-coach. Responsibilities include generating pipeline, carrying an initial personal quota, hiring and onboarding SDRs, coaching prospecting and objection handling, improving multichannel outreach and AI usage, managing accountability and performance, and owning pipeline targets, forecasting, reporting, and leadership communication.

Lead customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live, create tailored training and enablement materials, consult on platform workflows, monitor adoption KPIs, mitigate churn risks, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing teams. The role focuses on helping B2B SaaS customers adopt Zuddl and achieve value through structured processes, education, and solutioning.

Lead end-to-end demand generation for a multi-product B2B SaaS platform. Build and manage a demand team, own channel portfolio (paid search, paid social, SEO, content, events), drive new acquisition and expansion, run ABM plays, manage BDR outcomes, use AI/automation to improve efficiency, and deliver predictable, forecastable pipeline growth (2–3x YoY target).

Lead onboarding and enablement for new customers: design and execute tailored onboarding plans, deliver live and recorded training, consult on event use cases, mitigate escalation risks, create playbooks and knowledge assets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and retention.

First-responder for customer queries across Intercom, Slack, and support tickets. Troubleshoot event setup, navigation, and integrations; escalate bugs to Product/Engineering. Create help-center articles, playbooks, and visual walkthroughs to deflect tickets. Maintain ticket logs and SLAs, identify recurring issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement, CSMs, Product, and Engineering.

Own and deliver end-to-end features across React frontends and Java backends; design scalable, low-latency real-time systems (WebSocket, pub/sub) for large events; build high-performance interactive frontends with video/streaming; ensure production reliability, testing, and CI/CD; write architecture docs and collaborate with product and design.

Lead end-to-end product design: define problems, prototype and test interactive (AI-assisted) HTML prototypes, collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship web and mobile features, contribute to the design system, manage multiple workstreams, and communicate design decisions across the company.
