Conduct outbound calls and multi-channel outreach to generate and qualify leads for ZoTok’s ERP and SaaS platform. Run online product demonstrations, understand prospects’ ordering and distribution processes, manage follow-ups, update CRM records, meet sales targets, and share customer feedback. The role works with senior sales staff on larger deals and requires fluent English and Hindi communication from the Hyderabad office.

Manage daily accounting entries in Tally, including invoices, payments, bank reconciliation, petty cash, expenses, GST and TDS records. Maintain audit-ready documentation and coordinate with vendors. Support office administration, inventory, assets, facilities, employee records, onboarding, engagement activities and internal events. Create social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including posts, Reels and short videos.

Owns end-to-end customer software implementations from signed deal through go-live. Responsibilities include project planning, client workshops, requirements translation, technical specifications, ERP and WhatsApp Business API integrations, engineering coordination, sprint planning, change management, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and implementation process improvement.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales for ZoTok’s AI platform, from prospecting through commercial closure. Build relationships with CXO, supply chain, sales, and IT stakeholders; run consultative discovery; design solutions; support proposals and negotiations; represent the company at industry events; and provide market intelligence for product and go-to-market strategy.

Conduct outbound calls to marketing-qualified leads, introduce and pitch ZoTok’s product, qualify prospects, handle basic objections, escalate warm leads, log call outcomes in a CRM or tracker, and coordinate reminders and confirmations for scheduled demos and discovery meetings.

Design, develop, and scale backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js and related frameworks. Own complex modules, contribute to system architecture, optimize MySQL databases and AWS infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and improve scalability, reliability, and performance. Conduct code reviews, collaborate across product and engineering teams, and contribute to AI/ML-powered capabilities.

Own and execute omnichannel B2B campaigns across Meta, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and Google. Track campaign performance, analyze conversions, optimize targeting and messaging, coordinate client approvals, present reports, and identify account growth opportunities. The role combines campaign operations, data analysis, client management, and conversational commerce strategy, with close collaboration across Customer Success and Product teams.
