About the Role
This is not a traditional digital marketing role. This is a client-facing Growth and Campaign Operations role where you will own and execute campaigns (awareness, engagement, conversion) across Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), Email, Linkedin and Google.
Additionally, you would also be responsible to first-hand drive operations for our program management services, which would be upsold to our existing client base.
You will work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams — sitting at the intersection of campaign execution, data analysis and client growth strategy.

What You Will Do
▸ Run Campaigns: Plan, set up and execute omni-channel campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously and building relevant customer automation journeys.
▸ Track & Report: Pull campaign reports, track key metrics — open rates, click rates, conversion rates — and present performance summaries to clients on a regular basis.
▸ Analyse Conversions: Go beyond vanity metrics — understand which campaigns are driving orders, revenue and repeat purchases for each client and identify what is working.
▸ Optimise Campaigns: Based on performance data, suggest and implement improvements — audience segmentation, message timing, content tweaks and campaign sequencing.
▸ Client Coordination: Work directly with clients to understand their campaign goals, collect content and approvals, and ensure campaigns go live on time without delays.
▸ Grow Client Accounts: Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts for new use cases, new campaign types, new audience segments and drive adoption.
▸ Platform Expertise: Become the internal expert on various Marketing channels and understand how they weave into WhatsApp as a central system for qualification, nurturing and conversion consistently.
What We Are Looking For
▸ Experience: 3–7 years in campaign management, performance marketing or growth roles — client-side or agency.
▸ Data & Reporting: Comfortable pulling reports, building dashboards and presenting campaign performance data to clients or internal stakeholders.
▸ Client Handling: Experience working directly with clients — managing expectations, collecting inputs and delivering results on time.
▸ Analytical Mindset: You look at numbers and ask why — not just what. Conversion analysis and campaign optimisation excite you.
▸ Plus: Experience in B2B marketing, conversational commerce, WhatsApp API platforms or SaaS growth is a strong advantage.
