Own and execute omnichannel B2B campaigns across Meta, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and Google. Track campaign performance, analyze conversions, optimize targeting and messaging, coordinate client approvals, present reports, and identify account growth opportunities. The role combines campaign operations, data analysis, client management, and conversational commerce strategy, with close collaboration across Customer Success and Product teams.

Conduct API and application testing, develop and execute test cases, identify and track defects, validate databases with SQL, analyze test results, and report findings. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to support timely delivery of high-quality software. Python scripting knowledge is desirable for test automation.

Serve as the primary client contact throughout onboarding and implementation. Configure and demonstrate the platform, train field and ground-level staff, support product adoption, monitor early usage, gather feedback, and maintain CRM records. The role requires frequent client communication, simplifying technical concepts, coordinating with product and technology teams, and traveling locally within Hyderabad for implementations and training.
