Produce and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; follow brand guidelines and trends; assist with content planning and ideation; collaborate with the team and accept feedback while meeting deadlines.

Manage weekly stock ordering and inbound processing, coordinate suppliers and warehouse POs, oversee deliveries and logistics, maintain purchasing master file and SKU pricing, analyze top-selling SKUs to optimize inventory, handle goods returns and supplier relations, and support promotions and product lifecycle decisions.

Manage cleanroom glove production to ensure GMP compliance and product quality. Oversee daily production planning, quality control, shipments, manpower, training, and corrective actions. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support R&D, validate processes and equipment, and schedule maintenance to maintain smooth operations.

Manage and grow customer relationships, meet sales targets, prepare proposals and demos, provide technical support, handle modern trade accounts, monitor market and resolve customer issues.

Oversee glove production by monitoring processes, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing maintenance, implementing process improvements and SOPs, analyzing production data, leading continuous improvement, and training staff to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

Ensure GMP and SOP compliance for latex and nitrile glove production; update procedures; enforce QA/QC policies; investigate customer complaints; support R&D and interdepartmental coordination; train and manage QA staff; implement corrective actions and regulatory compliance activities.

Perform independent internal audits to evaluate internal controls, compliance, and asset safeguarding. Lead and supervise maintenance and operations of high-voltage (11kV) electrical systems. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot plant electrical equipment, HVAC and fire systems; ensure regulatory compliance, safety, preventive maintenance, power monitoring, and liaise with utilities and authorities. Respond to emergencies and implement energy-saving improvements.
