Manage cleanroom glove production to ensure GMP compliance and product quality. Oversee daily production planning, quality control, shipments, manpower, training, and corrective actions. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support R&D, validate processes and equipment, and schedule maintenance to maintain smooth operations.

Oversee mill production and maintenance ensuring ISO 9001 and MSPO SCCS compliance. Manage preventive maintenance, workshop staff, inventory, lab testing, steam plant and wastewater operations, environmental and safety requirements. Supervise teams, report performance, and lead continuous improvement.

Perform data entry and compile information, generate reports, manage documentation and filing, handle phone enquiries, support cross-department projects, prepare proposals and presentations, conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support, and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

Perform independent internal audits to evaluate internal controls, compliance, and asset safeguarding. Conduct audit testing, year-end stock and cash counts, analyze audit data, prepare detailed reports and recommendations, support risk management and ad hoc projects, and assist departmental record-keeping and training.

Provide in-house corporate secretarial support across group companies, manage statutory filings and registers, organise board and general meetings, liaise with stakeholders, ensure compliance with Companies Act 2016 and Bursa requirements, support governance exercises and maintain corporate records.

Lead and execute trade marketing for house brands across channels: plan promotions, pricing, POSM development, sales and market analysis, coordinate with sales/distributors, run trade activities, monitor execution, and conduct market visits and monthly business reviews.

Manage product portfolio, process and monitor purchase orders, plan stock and replenishment, coordinate with suppliers and branches to ensure timely deliveries, monitor and optimize inventory levels, and analyze sell-out versus replenishment to meet inventory KPIs and support promotions.

Develop and execute strategic business and marketing plans for the oil segment, set KPIs, analyze pricing and market conditions, expand market share across channels, handle customer complaints, manage shipping/export documentation, conduct market surveys and product assessments, and recommend solutions to support business growth.

Lead and supervise maintenance and operations of high-voltage (11kV) electrical systems. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot plant electrical equipment, HVAC and fire systems; ensure regulatory compliance, safety, preventive maintenance, power monitoring, and liaise with utilities and authorities. Respond to emergencies and implement energy-saving improvements.
