Manage cleanroom glove production to ensure GMP compliance and product quality. Oversee daily production planning, quality control, shipments, manpower, training, and corrective actions. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support R&D, validate processes and equipment, and schedule maintenance to maintain smooth operations.

Perform independent internal audits to evaluate internal controls, compliance, and asset safeguarding. Conduct audit testing, year-end stock and cash counts, analyze audit data, prepare detailed reports and recommendations, support risk management and ad hoc projects, and assist departmental record-keeping and training.

Supports the Admin Department with clerical tasks, document preparation, filing, data entry, reporting, meeting and event coordination, office supply tracking, staff enquiries, supplier coordination, and administrative projects. The intern also handles printing, scanning, photocopying, document distribution, and office activities, including Chinese prayer or festival-related arrangements. The role requires confidentiality, organization, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
