Establish and lead MNP Labs’ quality engineering function by defining QA standards, test strategies, automation, regression and performance testing practices. Build API and integration validation, accessibility testing, test tooling, reporting, and Azure DevOps pipeline quality gates. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed quality throughout development, and eventually hire and mentor QA engineers.

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 customer support for MNP Labs SaaS products through email, chat, and ServiceNow. Troubleshoots, reproduces, documents, and triages issues; escalates bugs to engineering or QA; creates customer knowledge content; assists with manual testing; and tracks issue metrics to improve support processes.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, NextJS, NodeJS, and Microsoft Azure. Develop APIs, third-party integrations, automated tests, secure code, and CI/CD pipelines. Supports process improvement, change management, standardized operating procedures, and adoption of new tools and processes. The role advises clients, leads solution design decisions, mentors junior consultants, supports business development, and collaborates with developers, analysts, and consultants to deliver digital transformation projects.

Provide deskside and desktop IT support, including hardware, printers, scanners, mobile devices, software deployment, basic server administration, and networking. Configure and support core accounting and productivity applications, maintain equipment standards and processes, manage ServiceNow tickets, and deliver individual and group training. The role requires independent work, collaboration with IT teams, occasional after-hours shifts, and on-call availability.

Leads PCI-DSS compliance engagements, cyber risk and digital compliance assessments, vulnerability evaluations, and cloud security advisory services. Produces ROC, SAQ, and client-facing reports; advises on payment systems, security controls, governance, and remediation. Supports business development, manages client relationships, coaches team members, develops security policies and technical controls, and contributes to the growth of the PCI practice, including AI tool adoption.

Conduct U.S. corporate tax engagements, including tax planning, compliance, tax-return preparation, and tax research. Prepare federal, state, domestic, and international entity returns; compute taxes; create journal entries; and provide bookkeeping support. Assist with acquisition due diligence and financial modeling, review legal documents, collaborate with clients and engagement teams, and improve work processes.

Supports client-facing digital transformation engagements through business analysis, stakeholder interviews, workshops, process modeling, requirements definition, data and cost-benefit analysis, digital maturity assessments, business cases, vendor evaluation frameworks, roadmaps, proposals, and client-ready presentations. Tracks project plans, risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with advisory, product, engineering, and data teams.

Supports technology program operations through tracker maintenance, reporting, documentation, invoicing, licensing, ticket tracking, user access administration, vendor coordination, knowledgebase updates, automation monitoring, troubleshooting, and data migration activities.
