Troubleshoots, reproduces, documents, and triages issues; escalates bugs to engineering or QA; creates customer knowledge content; assists with manual testing; and tracks issue metrics to improve support processes.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, NextJS, NodeJS, and Microsoft Azure. Develop APIs, third-party integrations, automated tests, secure code, and CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot issues across the stack, participate in design and code reviews, use AI-assisted development tools, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver maintainable software and continuously improve development practices.

Develop Python automation, documentation, standards, and durable fixes for recurring network and firewall issues.

Leads PCI-DSS compliance engagements, cyber risk and digital compliance assessments, vulnerability evaluations, and cloud security advisory services. Produces ROC, SAQ, and client-facing reports; advises on payment systems, security controls, governance, and remediation. Supports business development, manages client relationships, coaches team members, develops security policies and technical controls, and contributes to the growth of the PCI practice, including AI tool adoption.

Conduct U.S. corporate tax engagements, including tax planning, compliance, tax-return preparation, and tax research. Prepare federal, state, domestic, and international entity returns; compute taxes; create journal entries; and provide bookkeeping support. Assist with acquisition due diligence and financial modeling, review legal documents, collaborate with clients and engagement teams, and improve work processes.

Designs, configures, and implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and CRM solutions.
