Write and edit thought leadership, reports, case studies, web copy, and marketing collateral; conduct research; translate complex concepts into compelling content; support campaigns and internal communications; track performance; and apply AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency. Coach colleagues and collaborate with consultants, marketers, designers, and senior stakeholders.

Leads finance and technology consulting engagements, including Sage Intacct solution design, configuration, implementation, data migration, process optimization, and ERP transformation. Manages client relationships, project delivery, budgets, profitability, workshops, stakeholder communications, and business development. Provides advisory services across finance strategy, reporting, revenue recognition, invoicing, and operational improvement while mentoring teams and supporting practice growth.
