Leads technology risk and enterprise risk engagements, including IT audits, risk assessments, internal control testing, compliance programs, and advisory for technology transformations. Evaluates business processes and IT controls, documents findings, recommends improvements, manages engagement budgets and timelines, supervises junior staff, supports proposals and sales, and delivers client presentations and thought leadership.

Performs internal controls over financial reporting engagements, including risk assessments, control testing, compliance audits, and process evaluations. Prepares reports with improvement recommendations and supports enterprise risk, internal audit, data analytics, and business resilience services. Collaborates with client teams on risk areas, materiality, responsibilities, and deadlines while contributing to process improvements and developing expertise in enterprise risk services.

Establish and lead MNP Labs’ quality engineering function by defining QA standards, test strategies, automation, regression and performance testing practices. Build API and integration validation, accessibility testing, test tooling, reporting, and Azure DevOps pipeline quality gates. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed quality throughout development, and eventually hire and mentor QA engineers.
