Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations. Responsibilities include customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, enterprise system connectivity, troubleshooting, upgrades, governance, data management standards, ALM, CI/CD, and adherence to software development best practices. The role also involves collaborating with product and development teams, communicating with stakeholders, and mentoring team members.

Supports tax engagements through bookkeeping, compilation, government filings, payroll, reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end close activities. Prepares T4 and T5 forms, handles personal and corporate tax matters, investigates discrepancies, communicates with government agencies, and provides client and team support. Maintains accounting records, assists with budgets and administrative planning, and collaborates with engagement teams and clients.

Leads strategic and operational projects across tax service lines, managing plans, timelines, milestones, risks, meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Supports process improvement, change management, standardized operating procedures, and adoption of new tools and processes. Partners with tax leadership, IT Solution Delivery, and Innovation teams to improve efficiency and scalable ways of working.
