Greet and guide customers to match them with suitable Harley motorcycles, run test rides, follow up via phone/text/email and CRM, log leads, collaborate with sales managers to meet targets, and represent the brand on the showroom floor.

Work directly with customers to assess needs and riding style, recommend motorcycles and accessories for proper fit, build relationships, explain products and financing, collaborate with the sales team, and help achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Greet and connect with customers, present vehicles and pricing, conduct test drives, guide buyers through the purchase process, and build relationships to generate repeat business. Training, mentorship, and a proven sales process provided.

Lead the dealership sales department to maximize profitability and customer retention by coaching and managing sales staff, setting and tracking goals, monitoring CRM leads and follow-up, conducting training and daily meetings, reviewing inventory mix, enforcing selling methods, and analyzing sales and gross profit metrics.
