Own end-to-end projects and workflows across business domains such as supply chain, merchandising, finance, food safety, and marketplace operations. Translate business needs into process designs, system requirements, and tooling improvements; coordinate cross-functional execution; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines; define KPIs; identify process improvements; and support change rollouts and adoption.

Develop and execute marketing and go-to-market strategies for the Colombian grocery category. Analyze sales, pricing, consumer trends, campaigns, product assortment, and market competition to drive acquisition, loyalty, revenue, and inventory availability. Translate analytics into strategic recommendations, coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, manage promotional initiatives, and present market insights to executives.

Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data exploration and model design through deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Grow regional marketplace revenue by recruiting and onboarding local restaurants, bakeries, and food providers. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building, deal closing, vendor promotion development, listing accuracy, feedback collection, and collaboration with marketing, technology, customer service, and operations teams. The role is onsite in Houston five days per week and focuses on expanding vendor partnerships and GMV.

Provides Tier 2 IT support for warehouse operations, managing networks, servers, endpoints, printers, scanners, security systems, warehouse applications, and IT assets. Responsibilities include infrastructure deployment, inspections, repairs, access management, onboarding and offboarding, floor-plan and project-plan development, SOP creation, user training, and local implementation of headquarters projects. The role is onsite five days weekly with substantial on-call coverage.

Coordinates daily delivery logistics by planning routes, supporting drivers, monitoring delivery performance, improving fleet operations, and preparing reports. The role also assists with recruiting coordination, administrative and contracting tasks, vehicle maintenance, package delivery, and fleet and warehouse cleanliness. This onsite position requires driving, lifting up to 50 pounds, weekend work, and adaptability to varying weather conditions.

Provides onsite Tier 1 IT support for warehouse operations, maintaining networks, endpoints, printers, scanners, badge and alarm systems, surveillance equipment, servers, storage, and warehouse applications. Manages IT assets and WMS access, performs inspections and preventative maintenance, supports onboarding and offboarding, creates infrastructure diagrams and project plans, writes SOPs, trains users, and assists with HQ technology implementations.
