Create and maintain short- and mid-term demand forecasts for ~5,500 SKUs using historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and inventory. Monitor forecast accuracy, support new product forecasts, perform ad-hoc sales analyses, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes.

Lead month-end close and ensure accurate financial statements; produce monthly, quarterly, and board reporting; perform financial and large-scale data analysis to identify revenue, margin, and cost drivers; build and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and 3-statement models; improve financial processes and implement SAP enhancements; automate reporting using SQL and BI tools; partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Merchandising to drive cost visibility and financial discipline.
