Own and progressively develop a SaaS product roadmap through customer, competitor, and market analysis. Monitor growth metrics including activation, onboarding, conversion, adoption, engagement, retention, and failure rates. Identifies automation opportunities, documents SOPs, and coordinates CRM and marketing operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.

Evaluate models and architectures for reliability, cost, and performance while establishing engineering, testing, monitoring, and iteration practices. Collaborate with the founder, product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities and move rapidly from prototypes to production.

Develop and maintain Java backend applications, RESTful APIs, and web services using Spring Boot or Spring MVC. Work with MySQL and SQL databases on data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning. Debug application issues, write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architecture discussions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
