Supports the Founder and Director through calendar and meeting management, priority tracking, follow-ups, cross-functional coordination, project and action-item tracking, travel planning, documentation, reporting, vendor coordination, and special initiatives. The role also prepares agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and communications while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring execution across teams.

Ensures departments follow established processes, identifies and escalates deviations, tracks meeting actions and overdue tasks, maintains Zoho activities, and reports recurring process weaknesses to management. The role requires cross-functional coordination, detailed follow-up, ownership, and tactful but persistent communication.

Manage customer onboarding and implementation from installation through go-live and first transaction. Coordinate configuration, integrations, testing, data mapping, and issue resolution across internal teams. Serve as the primary customer contact, provide progress updates, handle escalations, track milestones, and maintain documentation. Identify onboarding bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and share customer feedback. The role supports multiple mid-market and enterprise customers while meeting implementation timelines.
