Supports the Founder and Director through calendar and meeting management, priority tracking, follow-ups, cross-functional coordination, project and action-item tracking, travel planning, documentation, reporting, vendor coordination, and special initiatives. The role also prepares agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and communications while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring execution across teams.

Own and progressively develop a SaaS product roadmap through customer, competitor, and market analysis. Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, wireframes, validations, and edge cases. Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout delivery and product acceptance. Monitor growth metrics including activation, onboarding, conversion, adoption, engagement, retention, and failure rates. Investigate critical issues and convert recurring problems into roadmap improvements.

Ensures departments follow established processes, identifies and escalates deviations, tracks meeting actions and overdue tasks, maintains Zoho activities, and reports recurring process weaknesses to management. The role requires cross-functional coordination, detailed follow-up, ownership, and tactful but persistent communication.
