Prepare recurring MIS, management, KPI, variance, and performance reports; consolidate and validate data from multiple departments; analyze trends and discrepancies; maintain dashboards, trackers, databases, and reporting templates; automate repetitive reporting using advanced Excel and Power Query; coordinate data corrections and provide insights for business decisions.

Engage prospective clients, understand their business needs, conduct SaaS product demonstrations, present solutions, qualify opportunities, and maintain prospect relationships. The role documents requirements, follows up on inquiries, coordinates with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, and ensures client expectations are communicated internally. Candidates must communicate fluently in Hindi and English, work rotational day and night shifts, support international clients across time zones, and demonstrate strong presentation, listening, and relationship-building skills.

Design, develop, and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services, REST and SOAP integrations, MySQL databases, and high-volume transaction workflows. Troubleshoot production incidents, optimize performance and scalability, implement secure and reliable error recovery, review code, write tests, and mentor developers. Collaborate with product, business, QA, support, and operations teams to deliver technical solutions and integration capabilities.
