We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to own project execution end-to-end and ensure smooth delivery of product initiatives across engineering teams.
This is a core Project Management / Technical Project Management role, not a Business Analyst position. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile project execution, sprint management, engineering coordination, release management, stakeholder management, and delivery tracking.
The candidate should be comfortable working closely with developers, driving execution, resolving blockers, managing timelines, and ensuring successful product delivery in a fast-paced SaaS / product-based environment.
- Own end-to-end project execution, from planning through delivery and release.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Drive sprint execution and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and scope.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, product, QA, and other technical teams.
- Identify and proactively resolve project blockers, dependencies, and execution gaps.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and mitigation plans.
- Manage release schedules and ensure smooth deployment of product releases.
- Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain project visibility through Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, or similar project management tools.
- Monitor timelines, resource allocation, sprint velocity, and delivery milestones.
- Support engineering teams with prioritization, planning, estimation, and execution.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Take ownership of escalations and drive timely resolution independently.
- Ensure project documentation, execution tracking, and reporting are maintained accurately.

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in project management, Agile project management, technical project management, or IT project management
- Hands-on experience managing Agile or Scrum projects and engineering teams
- Experience in sprint planning, execution, delivery tracking, and release management
- Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, or similar project management tools
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, dependencies, and delivery processes
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical and product teams
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and SaaS products
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent ownership, organization, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Experience in a product-based or SaaS company
- Ability to work independently and drive projects in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience in project management and Agile delivery
- Must be from Delhi NCR or nearby and comfortable working from the Noida Sector 62 office five days per week
