Lead new-car sales strategy and execution to meet targets, optimize inventory and pricing, coordinate with Marketing, F&I, and New Car Director, coach sales teams, drive market share and profitability, monitor data-driven performance, and ensure showroom and digital retail alignment.

Provide front-desk customer service at an auto collision center: greet customers, answer calls, handle data entry and filing, process receipts, manage appointments, maintain repair files and receivables, page sales reps, and perform other assigned administrative tasks while upholding company values.

Manage CRM and lead-generation processes to drive sales and service appointments. Execute data-mining and marketing campaigns, maintain CRM business rules, monitor and report key metrics, and coach underperforming customer specialists. Sell new and used Honda vehicles by greeting customers, leading them through the sales process, conducting test drives, educating on financing and add-ons, using the Walser CRM, meeting store sales/PVR/VSC targets, following up with customers, and adhering to safety and professional standards.

Manage dealership lot operations including vehicle inspections, DMS data entry, invoices, pricing, audits, and staff hiring/training/discipline. Maintain lot inventory and supplies, ensure compliance with company processes, support staff development, and perform related administrative duties to uphold dealership standards.

Sell new and used Toyota vehicles by greeting customers, guiding them through test drives and financing, using the Walser CRM, meeting store unit/PVR/VSC targets, and following up post-sale. Maintain professional appearance, complete required safety practices in service areas, and support Walser core values.

Lead dealership F&I strategy, train and manage F&I and sales staff, ensure compliance and AFIP standards, handle deal involvement and credit interviews, perform daily F&I reporting and audits, support funding/system issues (DMS/FUSE), and drive performance through coaching and action plans.
