Provide administrative and front-desk support for the sales department: prepare and recap deals, assist with paperwork, OEM reporting and certification, manage inventory and P&L schedules, handle calls and customer intake, process data/print/email queues, manage plate log and appointments, and support Sales Managers. Follow service department safety PPE requirements.

Sell new and used Honda vehicles by greeting customers, leading them through the sales process, conducting test drives, educating on financing and add-ons, using the Walser CRM, meeting store sales/PVR/VSC targets, following up with customers, and adhering to safety and professional standards.

Manage dealership lot operations including vehicle inspections, DMS data entry, invoices, pricing, audits, and staff hiring/training/discipline. Maintain lot inventory and supplies, ensure compliance with company processes, support staff development, and perform related administrative duties to uphold dealership standards.
