Sell Toyota vehicles by greeting customers, guiding them through the sales process, conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and financing options, using the CRM to track interactions, and following up after purchases. The role requires maintaining store sales and profitability metrics, delivering excellent customer service, completing training, and meeting professional and safety standards.

Manage dealership finance and insurance strategy, performance, compliance, reporting, and customer deal involvement. Lead, coach, and train sales managers and customer specialists on F&I processes, ancillary products, funding, system use, and legal requirements. Monitor performance, implement action plans, support employee development, address escalated employee relations matters, and ensure company service standards and policies are followed.

Serve as the first point of contact for Lamborghini Minneapolis clients, delivering polished hospitality and coordinating appointments. Support sales and dealership operations through transaction paperwork, funding and titling documentation, reports, inventory records, compliance files, and customer database maintenance. Manage front-office scheduling, correspondence, shipments, and administrative tasks while maintaining an organized luxury showroom and collaborating with Sales, Service, and Leadership teams.
