Manage all vehicle titling, registrations, and DMV transactions using DLRdmv and MNDRIVE. Maintain suspense logs, clear conditionals, process trade-in and purchase DMV paperwork, reconcile refunds/schedules, perform weekly audits, support sales with OEM invoices and payoff requests, and maintain key control and DriveCentric records. Ensure compliance with inspections and titling rules and assist with miscellaneous dealership administrative tasks.

Greet and direct customers, answer calls, perform data entry, filing, and receipt processing. Manage appointments, plate log, deal jackets, print/email queues, support funding & titling, and follow up with customers; perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Provide front-desk customer service at an auto collision center: greet customers, answer calls, handle data entry and filing, process receipts, manage appointments, maintain repair files and receivables, page sales reps, and perform other assigned administrative tasks while upholding company values.
