Manages dealership vehicle deal funding and contract processes, including reviewing paperwork, collecting lender stipulations, submitting contracts to banks, tracking contracts in transit, resolving titling and payoff issues, maintaining Tekion records, and reporting funding status. Partners with sales staff, customer service, account executives, billers, and lenders to ensure timely, accurate, compliant deal processing and cash flow.

Supports dealership sales managers and funding specialists with deal paperwork, funding, titles, OEM reporting, inventory coordination, metrics, schedules, and administrative tasks. Performs front desk duties including greeting customers, answering calls, data entry, appointment management, payment receipts, plate tracking, and filing. Maintains sales processes, prepares deal materials, and provides general operational support while presenting a professional and positive demeanor.

Supports dealership sales operations through deal paperwork, funding and title processing, OEM and inventory reporting, metrics preparation, scheduling, appointment management, front-desk reception, customer information entry, filing, cash receipt handling, and plate-log administration. The role also assists sales managers, monitors process compliance, supports certifications, and performs general administrative duties while maintaining a professional customer experience.
