This is more than managing leads or running reports. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, technology, data, process, and people—partnering directly with dealership leadership to identify opportunities, improve conversion, coach performance, and generate incremental business.

What You’ll DoAs our Digital Sales Performance Manager, you’ll help connect customer data, digital opportunities, technology, and sales execution to drive measurable dealership performance.
Drive Digital Sales Performance- Establish and continuously improve best practices for digital lead handling
- Monitor incoming digital opportunities and ensure leads are distributed equitably and acted on quickly
- Identify gaps in response, follow-up, appointment setting, and conversion
- Adapt digital sales strategies as customer behavior and business needs evolve
- Drive incremental sales, service, and vehicle acquisition opportunities through proactive outreach
- Serve as an expert user of DriveCentric CRM and AutoAlert
- Manage CRM business rules, plans, lead sources, system maintenance, and user management
- Manage monthly and ad hoc database and equity-mining campaigns
- Leverage customer and vehicle data to uncover new sales and acquisition opportunities
- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across key performance metrics
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for dealership leadership
- Partner closely with the General Manager and Sales Managers to identify performance opportunities across the sales team
- Coach Customer Specialists on lead management, follow-up, work plans, and digital sales best practices
- Identify underperformance through data and help create actionable improvement plans
- Assist managers and sales staff with work plans to ensure quality, consistency, and completion
- Create accountability around digital opportunities from initial customer inquiry through appointment and sale
- Implement and manage a daily service-to-sales process
- Develop database campaigns designed to re-engage existing and unsold customers
- Use equity-mining technology to identify customers with potential upgrade, trade, or acquisition opportunities
- Partner across Sales and Service to turn customer relationships into incremental opportunities
- Proven success in sales, digital sales, CRM management, lead management, or data-driven performance
- Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
- Strong sales and customer service instincts
- Confidence working with technology, CRM platforms, reporting, and performance data
- Ability to analyze metrics and turn insights into action
- Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly as technology, customer behavior, and business needs change
- Professional, positive, solutions-oriented approach
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
