Principal Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and improving enterprise software platforms. The role leads technical decisions, architecture, infrastructure, quality standards, and cross-functional implementation; mentors developers; evaluates technologies; troubleshoots complex issues; and collaborates with customers and distributed teams. Requires strong communication, enterprise development expertise, database proficiency, security knowledge, and experience with Java or .NET, Angular, RESTful APIs, and Agile practices.

Develop and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, and SQL Server. Design database schemas, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and migration scripts using T-SQL. Participate in Agile development, code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, mentoring, and technical guidance. Apply software security practices and responsible AI principles. Leverage AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, and optimization while evaluating generated code for quality and security.
