Coordinates with sales, parts, and service teams, supports fleet scheduling and repair approvals, conducts post-service follow-ups, maintains accurate CRM records, and tracks sales performance metrics.

Cleans and details new and used vehicles, prepares sold vehicles for delivery, and fulfills wash requests from sales and service departments. The role also organizes the vehicle lot, moves vehicles safely, maintains washbay equipment and cleanliness, reports damage or repairs, supports dealership events, and follows all safety procedures.

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Ford vehicles, build lasting relationships, work leads, follow up, close sales, stay current on models/features, and deliver an excellent end-to-end buying experience.
