Supports the sales team by coordinating schedules, maintaining customer and sales records, preparing proposals and reports, managing sales materials inventory, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to improve sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Provides broad HR support across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave administration, compliance, training, compensation analysis, and policy management. Partners with employees, managers, and leadership to resolve workplace issues, conduct investigations, maintain accurate records, support organizational development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Generates and expands commercial customer accounts through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, quoting, relationship building, and pipeline management. Sells commercial vehicles, parts, service labor, preventative maintenance programs, mobile services, upfits, and fleet offerings. Coordinates with sales, parts, and service teams, supports fleet scheduling and repair approvals, conducts post-service follow-ups, maintains accurate CRM records, and tracks sales performance metrics.
