Manages dealership finance and insurance operations for vehicle sales, including document processing, regulatory compliance, financial performance analysis, lender and insurer relationships, and staff training. Collaborates with sales teams to improve profitability and customer satisfaction while maintaining ethical standards. Resolves finance-related issues, ensures transaction accuracy, and stays current on industry regulations and products.

Generates and expands commercial customer accounts through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, quoting, relationship building, and pipeline management. Sells commercial vehicles, parts, service labor, preventative maintenance programs, mobile services, upfits, and fleet offerings. Coordinates with sales, parts, and service teams, supports fleet scheduling and repair approvals, conducts post-service follow-ups, maintains accurate CRM records, and tracks sales performance metrics.

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Ford vehicles, build lasting relationships, work leads, follow up, close sales, stay current on models/features, and deliver an excellent end-to-end buying experience.
