Great Lakes Truck Centers is seeking a driven and experienced General Sales Manager to lead and oversee all sales operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company goals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior leadership, offering actionable insights.

Qualifications
