Serve as primary patient and client contact to build relationships, resolve complaints, coordinate with hospital departments, gather feedback for service improvements, and report satisfaction trends to leadership.

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across outpatient, paediatric, A&E, medical, surgical, endoscopy and theatre units. Support patient recovery, ensure safety, efficiency and high-quality nursing services, follow hospital standards and professional ethics, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Manage and optimize the hospital revenue cycle including accurate billing, claims submission and denial resolution, payer and corporate account management, team leadership, KPI reporting, compliance, and process improvements to maximize revenue capture.

Manage and grow corporate client accounts to meet revenue targets. Maintain and build client relationships, ensure timely delivery of solutions, report progress to stakeholders, participate in budgeting, create and execute tactical plans, and engage stakeholders and community to enhance the organization's reputation.

Lead patient experience initiatives across the hospital, manage and coach customer service teams, resolve patient concerns, coordinate with staff and insurers, analyze feedback, and implement service improvement strategies to boost patient satisfaction.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, promote hospital services, increase patient referrals, and execute community and institutional outreach (CMEs, medical camps). Prepare reports, competitor analysis, and strategic market initiatives while travelling across assigned counties.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain imaging equipment; follow radiation safety and infection prevention protocols; prepare accurate reports and documentation; deliver patient-centered care with strong communication and professionalism.

Provide application support for clinical and administrative systems: troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborate with developers and end-users, gather requirements, support testing and deployments, monitor performance, and ensure data privacy and security compliance to improve functionality and integrations.
