Valley Hospital is a leading Level 4 hospital in
Nakuru City offering both inpatient and outpatient services. We are seeking to
recruit a Business Development Manager to join our Client Services
Department.
This position is responsible for managing and
developing client accounts to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible
for maintaining existing and building
new corporate client relationships to
achieve the revenue goal
- Ensure
the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer
needs and objectives
- Communicate
clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly objectives to internal
stakeholders; identify areas of concern and assist in
generating solutions
- Participates
in budget planning and development.
- Creates,
implements, and monitors tactical plans that are aligned with
key business and strategic initiatives.
- Enhance the
department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership
for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring
opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Promote corporation and
ensure positive stakeholder relations through
active stakeholder and community engagement.

Requirements
Minimum
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management,
Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including
Outlook, Word and Excel.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a business
development environment, with a minimum of 3 years at management level.
- Knowledge of Hospital operations will be an added
advantage.
Skills Required
