Valley Hospital is a leading Level 4 hospital in Nakuru City offering both inpatient and outpatient services. We are seeking to recruit a competent and proactive Application Analyst to strengthen our digital systems and support the hospital’s technology environment.

This role is essential in ensuring seamless application performance, troubleshooting issues, supporting integrations, and collaborating with end-users and developers to improve functionality. The Application Analyst plays a key part in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring applications are secure, efficient, and user-friendly.

Role Summary
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with developers and end-users to implement and enhance application functionality.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support system testing and application deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and hospital policies.
  • Monitor and improve application performance to support clinical and administrative operations.


RequirementsMinimum Requirements
  •  Certification in one or more of the following (or equivalent):
       - Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
       - AWS Certified Developer Associate
       - CompTIA Security+
       - ITIL Foundation
  • Experience working with both front-end and back-end application technologies.
  •  Good understanding of application development frameworks, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (an added advantage).
  •   Prior experience in application development or support environment (an advantage).

  • Proactive Approach: Self-driven and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.


Skills Required
