Lead HR operations and develop the HR team’s capability, accountability, and business partnership. Drive culture, performance, change initiatives, employee experience, talent acquisition strategy, and workforce planning. Partner with leaders to address people challenges, use HR metrics to guide decisions, strengthen onboarding and engagement, and align HR initiatives with organizational growth and business outcomes.

Lead end-to-end IT security operations across Azure, endpoints, email, VPN, networks, virtual machines, and production environments. Manage audits and ISO 27001 compliance, system hardening, security tools, monitoring, incident response, policies, documentation, and security awareness training. Collaborate with IT and DevOps to secure development pipelines and improve detection and response capabilities.

Manage multiple client bookkeeping engagements, maintain accurate transaction records, oversee accounts receivable and payable, prepare reconciliations and management reports, support debtor control, process BAS, PAYG, superannuation, and group payroll, and complete administrative tasks using Xero, MYOB, BGL, and Class.

Manages and maintains UiPath automations in production, monitoring jobs, queues, triggers, schedules, and performance. Troubleshoots complex incidents, performs root-cause analysis, resolves application and infrastructure issues, and ensures SLA adherence. Reviews automation quality, supports deployments and enhancements, maintains documentation, communicates with clients, and mentors junior team members. Requires strong UiPath Studio and Orchestrator expertise, production support experience, and proficiency with workflows, exception handling, logging, integrations, and operational processes.

Provides first-level technical support and assists with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, onboarding and offboarding, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, system monitoring, backups, documentation, and IT asset management. The role supports Windows devices, user accounts, Intune enrollment, connectivity, software deployments, and routine infrastructure operations while escalating complex issues and maintaining security and service standards.

Supports daily HR administration and office operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, exits, employee queries, office supplies, facilities, vendors, IT access coordination, asset tracking, reporting, and employee engagement activities.

Lead transition of UiPath automations to Managed Services, perform code reviews and independent testing, stabilize production during hypercare, develop minor enhancements, maintain governance and documentation, and coordinate knowledge transfer and stakeholder communication to ensure production-ready, enterprise-grade automation delivery.

Lead UiPath managed services team to monitor and support production automations, manage incidents and SLAs, optimize bot performance, maintain Orchestrator and infrastructure, engage clients, mentor staff, and deliver operational reporting and continuous improvement.
