Supports daily HR administration and office operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, exits, employee queries, office supplies, facilities, vendors, IT access coordination, asset tracking, reporting, and employee engagement activities.

Leads the company’s financial management, including management reporting, forecasting, profitability analysis, cash flow, foreign exchange, balance sheet integrity, risk, compliance, and financial controls. Supervises accounts payable and receivable, coordinates audits and tax compliance, manages banking and advisor relationships, and provides commercial guidance to executive leadership across international, manufacturing, and project-based operations.

Manages and maintains UiPath automations in production, monitoring jobs, queues, triggers, schedules, and performance. Troubleshoots complex incidents, performs root-cause analysis, resolves application and infrastructure issues, and ensures SLA adherence. Reviews automation quality, supports deployments and enhancements, maintains documentation, communicates with clients, and mentors junior team members. Requires strong UiPath Studio and Orchestrator expertise, production support experience, and proficiency with workflows, exception handling, logging, integrations, and operational processes.

Manage multiple client bookkeeping engagements, maintain accurate transaction records, oversee accounts receivable and payable, prepare reconciliations and management reports, support debtor control, process BAS, PAYG, superannuation, and group payroll, and complete administrative tasks using Xero, MYOB, BGL, and Class.

Supports day-to-day accounting operations, month-end activities, financial reporting, GST and annual accounts for New Zealand clients. Responsibilities include data collection and entry, report generation and editing, client communication, query resolution, escalation management, SLA adherence, process documentation, and training new resources. The role requires collaboration with supervisors and clients while meeting deadlines and turnaround times.

Lead HR operations and develop the HR team’s capability, accountability, and business partnership. Drive culture, performance, change initiatives, employee experience, talent acquisition strategy, and workforce planning. Partner with leaders to address people challenges, use HR metrics to guide decisions, strengthen onboarding and engagement, and align HR initiatives with organizational growth and business outcomes.

Lead transition of UiPath automations to Managed Services, perform code reviews and independent testing, stabilize production during hypercare, develop minor enhancements, maintain governance and documentation, and coordinate knowledge transfer and stakeholder communication to ensure production-ready, enterprise-grade automation delivery.

Lead UiPath managed services team to monitor and support production automations, manage incidents and SLAs, optimize bot performance, maintain Orchestrator and infrastructure, engage clients, mentor staff, and deliver operational reporting and continuous improvement.
