Lead internal IT operations and manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises infrastructure. Administer Azure services, Microsoft 365 tenant components, Windows Server/AD, networking, backups, endpoint security, and disaster recovery. Provide L2/L3 support, lead client implementations and migrations, mentor junior staff, drive automation with PowerShell, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain IT policies, documentation, and security best practices.

Lead transition of UiPath automations to Managed Services, perform code reviews and independent testing, stabilize production during hypercare, develop minor enhancements, maintain governance and documentation, and coordinate knowledge transfer and stakeholder communication to ensure production-ready, enterprise-grade automation delivery.

Lead process discovery and analysis, assess automation feasibility, design To-Be RPA solutions, prepare PDDs/SDDs, support testing/UAT and post-go-live operations, and manage stakeholder communications across the project lifecycle.

Lead discovery and redesign of finance and accounting processes, assess automation feasibility (RPA/AI/IDP/process mining), develop TO-BE processes and transformation roadmaps, conduct workshops, and translate business requirements into scalable, automation-ready solutions.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Prepare reports and variance analysis, build financial models, monitor KPIs, partner cross-functionally, support month/year-end close, and improve reporting through automation and ERP/BI initiatives.
