Coordinate hotel technology implementations across the EAME region within the Migration Program. Manage day-to-day deployment activities, lead kick-offs, maintain integrated project plans, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, monitor risks and readiness, support cutover/go-live and hypercare, maintain documentation and governance, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead UiPath managed services team to monitor and support production automations, manage incidents and SLAs, optimize bot performance, maintain Orchestrator and infrastructure, engage clients, mentor staff, and deliver operational reporting and continuous improvement.

Manage New Zealand accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance for clients. Prepare financial statements, GST and income tax returns (IR3/IR4/IR6/IR7), reconcile ledgers, file company returns, maintain Companies Office records, use Xero/SuiteFiles/IRD systems, communicate with clients, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of engagements while improving processes and following quality controls.

Provide production support for UiPath automations: monitor Orchestrator, queues and robots; troubleshoot incidents; perform restarts/reruns; coordinate with development; maintain RCA and client communications; participate in rotational weekend/night support within Managed Services processes.

Lead internal IT operations and manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises infrastructure. Administer Azure services, Microsoft 365 tenant components, Windows Server/AD, networking, backups, endpoint security, and disaster recovery. Provide L2/L3 support, lead client implementations and migrations, mentor junior staff, drive automation with PowerShell, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain IT policies, documentation, and security best practices.

Provide first-level IT support across the organization: troubleshoot hardware/software, administer Microsoft 365 services, assist with onboarding/offboarding, manage endpoints and device enrollment, monitor systems and perform routine maintenance, and document solutions. Collaborate with senior IT staff and follow IT security and operational procedures while pursuing continuous learning.

Lead transition of UiPath automations to Managed Services, perform code reviews and independent testing, stabilize production during hypercare, develop minor enhancements, maintain governance and documentation, and coordinate knowledge transfer and stakeholder communication to ensure production-ready, enterprise-grade automation delivery.

Lead process discovery and analysis, assess automation feasibility, design To-Be RPA solutions, prepare PDDs/SDDs, support testing/UAT and post-go-live operations, and manage stakeholder communications across the project lifecycle.
