Lead internal IT operations and manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises infrastructure. Administer Azure services, Microsoft 365 tenant components, Windows Server/AD, networking, backups, endpoint security, and disaster recovery. Provide L2/L3 support, lead client implementations and migrations, mentor junior staff, drive automation with PowerShell, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain IT policies, documentation, and security best practices.

Lead and scale the Data & AI Engineering function: set AI-first strategy, architect cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines, design and deploy LLM-, RAG-, and agentic-based AI solutions, adopt AI-assisted development tools, enforce data governance and responsible AI, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Provide first-level IT support across the organization: troubleshoot hardware/software, administer Microsoft 365 services, assist with onboarding/offboarding, manage endpoints and device enrollment, monitor systems and perform routine maintenance, and document solutions. Collaborate with senior IT staff and follow IT security and operational procedures while pursuing continuous learning.
