Manage company social media channels, create engaging content, maintain content calendars, support digital and marketing technology initiatives, coordinate social media ad campaigns, assist with events and community building, and analyze audience demographics and channel performance. The role also requires strong communication, creativity, independence, teamwork, adaptability, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Lead end-to-end development of conversational AI and LLM systems, including model architecture, fine-tuning, RAG integration, voice API integration, cloud deployment, and performance optimization. Collaborate on data preparation and training workflows, implement MLOps practices, monitor deployed models, research emerging AI technologies, and mentor junior engineers.

Research and write diverse content (blogs, thought leadership, product descriptions, case studies, newsletters, press releases, social posts). Coordinate with stakeholders and design teams, manage communication milestones, identify and resolve roadblocks, measure outcomes, act as communications partner for departments, maintain brand voice, and deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.

Provide direct executive support to the Founder & CEO: manage calendar, travel, communications, meeting agendas/notes, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination. Conduct research, assist with partnership decks, content and personal branding, support onboarding and internal operations, and help execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead regional business development to drive revenue and partnerships for student housing. Develop regional strategy, manage and coach a BD team, secure agent and institutional contracts, perform market research, represent the company at events, report performance, and identify improvements to enhance offerings and operations.

Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and automated MIS reports to monitor sales, revenue, and operational KPIs; analyze multi-source data to identify trends and recommend improvements; ensure data accuracy and timely reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support business planning.

Drive revenue and commissions from partner relationships, manage strategic partnerships and integrations, support sales with supply and reporting, coordinate across departments, run marketing integrations, and present market insights to leadership.

Engage international students and accommodation providers, answer queries, generate and follow up leads, provide end-to-end support, build client rapport through communication and social media, and work flexible shifts as part of a sales team to drive bookings.

Build and manage partnerships with study-abroad consultants and university representatives; run trainings, workshops, and webinars; represent the organization at education fairs and pre-departure events; generate leads and long-term customer relationships.

Provide pre- and post-sales support for prospective and current student residents, resolve lease/payment/accommodation issues, manage escalations, answer service and policy queries, and collaborate with sales and operations to improve processes and resident satisfaction.
