Provide pre- and post-sales support for prospective and current student residents, resolve lease/payment/accommodation issues, manage escalations, answer service and policy queries, and collaborate with sales and operations to improve processes and resident satisfaction.

Build and manage partnerships with study-abroad consultants and university representatives; run trainings, workshops, and webinars; represent the organization at education fairs and pre-departure events; generate leads and long-term customer relationships.

Manage partner relationships to identify marketing opportunities, develop and present campaign proposals, and coordinate execution across digital and offline channels. Lead campaign conceptualization, translate ideas into internal briefs, work with design/content/social teams, run partner meetings, and ensure timely delivery and alignment of campaign outcomes to drive visibility, engagement, and bookings.

Provide direct executive support to the Founder & CEO: manage calendar, travel, communications, meeting agendas/notes, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination. Conduct research, assist with partnership decks, content and personal branding, support onboarding and internal operations, and help execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Maintain and update the website product catalog: data entry, descriptions, prices, images and quality audits. Use Excel to track data, coordinate with teams, resolve discrepancies via email, and ensure catalog accuracy and consistency.

Handle outbound and inbound calls to US/UK customers to collect overdue payments, negotiate arrangements, maintain accurate records in CRM, meet monthly recovery targets and KPIs, ensure compliance with recovery regulations, escalate complex cases, and maintain professional client relationships.

Onboard and manage partnerships with DMCs and educational institutions to deliver end-to-end international travel solutions. Design customized travel programs (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries), negotiate commercial terms, coordinate internal teams for execution, build pipeline, and meet monthly/quarterly targets while staying current on travel and visa regulations.

Prepare and analyze management reports, dashboards, and financial statements; develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models; provide MIS-driven insights to support financial planning and decision-making; track financial performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and report trends to management.

Drive revenue and commissions from partner relationships, manage strategic partnerships and integrations, support sales with supply and reporting, coordinate across departments, run marketing integrations, and present market insights to leadership.

Audit sales calls, chats, and communications for compliance and quality; coach and train sales reps; analyze performance metrics and report insights; resolve complaints and manage escalations; enforce compliance and best practices.

Engage international students and accommodation providers, answer queries, generate and follow up leads, provide end-to-end support, build client rapport through communication and social media, and work flexible shifts as part of a sales team to drive bookings.
