Manages corporate, brand, internal, and external communications across channels. Develops B2B content, social media campaigns, executive LinkedIn narratives, presentations, brochures, event creatives, and other branded collateral. Partners with leadership, business development, and partnerships teams to translate business objectives into consistent messaging. Uses Canva, PowerPoint, social platforms, and AI tools to improve content and design production.

Manage company social media channels, create engaging content, maintain content calendars, support digital and marketing technology initiatives, coordinate social media ad campaigns, assist with events and community building, and analyze audience demographics and channel performance. The role also requires strong communication, creativity, independence, teamwork, adaptability, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Lead end-to-end development of conversational AI and LLM systems, including model architecture, fine-tuning, RAG integration, voice API integration, cloud deployment, and performance optimization. Collaborate on data preparation and training workflows, implement MLOps practices, monitor deployed models, research emerging AI technologies, and mentor junior engineers.
