Provides technical support for GPS tracking hardware, vehicle wiring, device configuration, accessories, and troubleshooting. Guides channel partners and installers, maintains wiring diagrams and SMS command references, creates technical documentation and knowledge-base content, conducts partner training, coordinates with manufacturers and software teams, and escalates complex hardware or integration issues. Requires hands-on automotive electrical and GPS device experience, with occasional travel for partner support.

Lead DevOps infrastructure and reliability for globally deployed SaaS, telematics, and IoT platforms. Design cloud and on-premise environments, automate infrastructure with IaC, build CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes workloads, improve observability and security, optimize performance and costs, and lead incident response and disaster recovery. Mentor DevOps engineers and establish operational standards focused on uptime, scalability, deployment stability, MTTR, and automation.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, high-performance software applications. Apply data structures, algorithms, system design, and concurrent programming to solve complex problems. Work with databases, contribute to high- and low-level designs, write maintainable code, collaborate cross-functionally, and own features end to end.

Manage database operations, performance, security, availability, backups, recovery, monitoring, and upgrades. Optimize queries, indexes, schemas, and execution plans; investigate bottlenecks and production issues; perform root cause analysis; and implement permanent solutions. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve application and database performance.

Drive sales growth for telematics solutions by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, managing the full sales cycle, conducting demos, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Monitor revenue performance, analyze sales data, maintain the pipeline, support pricing strategies, and build client and partner relationships. Collaborate with technical, product, marketing, support, and customer success teams to improve retention and upsell opportunities.

Manage international B2B SaaS partner accounts from onboarding through growth and retention. Responsibilities include conducting onboarding and account reviews, monitoring partner health, identifying expansion opportunities, handling escalations, coordinating with technical support, maintaining HubSpot records, preparing performance reports, and supporting or mentoring other customer success representatives.

Provides IT support by configuring and maintaining networks, troubleshooting hardware and software, assisting users, applying basic security measures, and performing system updates, backups, and monitoring. Supports LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity while resolving technical issues for non-technical employees.
