Translates complex software and SaaS concepts into accessible content, collaborates with technical, product, and marketing teams, applies SEO and keyword research, maintains brand consistency, researches industry topics, and proofreads content before publication.

Lead DevOps infrastructure and reliability for globally deployed SaaS, telematics, and IoT platforms. Design cloud and on-premise environments, automate infrastructure with IaC, build CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes workloads, improve observability and security, optimize performance and costs, and lead incident response and disaster recovery. Mentor DevOps engineers and establish operational standards focused on uptime, scalability, deployment stability, MTTR, and automation.
