Leads production supervisors and teams in a manufacturing environment, driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Partners with Quality, Engineering, EHS, Maintenance, and Operations to achieve production objectives.

Supports the finance application portfolio with primary responsibility for Oracle EBS and related systems. Provides technical leadership, reviews engineering deliverables, develops team talent, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and drives continuous improvement in composite manufacturing and tooling processes.

Develop and monitor manufacturing production schedules, coordinate priorities, maintain production jobs in Oracle ERP, and prepare operational reports. Track inventory, WIP, shipments, molding cycle times, and quality inputs while supporting production personnel, mold maintenance planning, continuous improvement, and new product launches. Collaborate across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Plant Leadership to improve schedule attainment, system accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Leads the plant’s automation, controls, robotics, and digitalization portfolio for blade manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing and specifying automated systems, programming robotic and PLC-based controls, modeling solutions, managing suppliers, executing validation and commissioning, completing safety assessments, and handing systems over to Production and Maintenance. The role establishes technical standards, applies manufacturing readiness frameworks, uses analytics, SPC, and AI-based process monitoring, manages capital projects, mentors technical teams, and supports continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Leads BladeAssure technology strategy, performance, troubleshooting, standardization, training, and continuous improvement across manufacturing sites. Serves as the technical escalation authority, directs root-cause investigations and corrective actions, evaluates new technologies, and mentors engineering and production teams. Partners cross-functionally on documentation, system integration, new product introductions, launches, and complex issue resolution. The role requires extensive factory-floor engagement and travel between manufacturing sites.

Leads the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team and molding technology strategy for composite blade manufacturing. Directs process development, testing, validation, industrialization, automation, data analysis, technology roadmaps, supplier performance, and capital planning. Oversees molding processes including mold preparation, gel coat, fiber layup, resin infusion, curing, and bonding. Develops engineers, manages project portfolios, ensures technical documentation and change control, and drives safety, quality, cost, productivity, and operational excellence improvements.

Leads the strategy, performance, standardization, and continuous improvement of BladeAssure automation technologies across manufacturing sites. Serves as the technical escalation point for complex system issues, directs root-cause investigations and corrective actions, evaluates new technologies, and supports product launches. Provides mentorship, training, and knowledge transfer to engineering and production teams while coordinating cross-functional experts, documentation, system integration, and operational improvements across sites.

Leads BladeAssure technology strategy, performance, issue escalation, root-cause resolution, standardization, training, and continuous improvement across manufacturing sites. Serves as the technical authority and subject matter expert for automation, robotics, autonomous systems, motion controls, and related technologies. Partners with engineering, quality, production, and technology teams on trials, new product introductions, system integration, documentation, and complex problem solving. Mentors site teams and supports multiple manufacturing locations.

Administer domestic and international travel in SAP Concur, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars; processing travel requests; monitoring the travel inbox; auditing expense reports; and preparing reports. Provide timely customer service to employees and leaders, resolve or escalate issues, support travel projects, maintain accurate profiles, and participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage.

Leads technology development for composite wind blade design, materials, manufacturing, tooling, and automation. Owns maturation from early research through production implementation, establishes technology roadmaps and stage-gate processes, and applies AI/ML to engineering and manufacturing challenges. Builds technical teams, manages budgets and partnerships, directs modeling and validation, supports production transitions, develops business cases, and protects intellectual property. The role collaborates globally with engineering, operations, quality, suppliers, customers, universities, and technology partners.

Perform hands-on composite wind blade production tasks including cutting and applying fiberglass, vacuum bagging, resin dispensing, trimming, drilling, sanding, assembly, finishing, and operating basic power tools. Follow safety procedures, work 8–12 hour shifts on-site, and maintain quality and production standards.

Lead strategic sourcing for assigned indirect spend categories: develop sourcing strategies, run RFI/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships and risks, track cost savings and procurement metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and continuity.

Lead global direct material sourcing: develop category strategies, manage suppliers and contracts, mitigate supply risk, drive cost reduction and continuous improvement, and lead a team of sourcing professionals to support operations and growth.

Lead development and execution of sourcing strategies for direct material commodities; manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, mitigate supply risks, and drive cost savings. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure reliable supply, analyze spend and market trends, and report procurement performance and compliance.

Lead technical owner for Autodesk Fusion Manage PLM: design, develop, configure, and support PLM workspaces, scripts, integrations (ERP/Oracle), and deployments. Drive automation, AI initiatives, platform governance, vendor/stakeholder management, and ensure system stability, testing, and documentation.

Supervises quality inspection teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting audits, and leading quality improvement initiatives using LEAN manufacturing tools.

The role involves developing cost-effective manufacturing processes, coordinating product launches, and evaluating materials for composite manufacturing improvements.

The Engineer, Blade Assure monitors and ensures the performance of the BladeAssure system, collaborates with departments, creates process documentation, drives standardization, and supports new technology trials.
