Leads production supervisors and teams in a manufacturing environment, driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Oversees workforce planning, performance management, production metrics, Lean initiatives, corrective actions, ERP transactions, reporting, engineering changes, training, and compliance with company policies and ISO standards. Partners with Quality, Engineering, EHS, Maintenance, and Operations to achieve production objectives.

Supports the finance application portfolio with primary responsibility for Oracle EBS and related systems. Gathers requirements, translates finance processes into system solutions, configures and tests enhancements and integrations, and supports projects through deployment and stabilization. Provides production support, root-cause analysis, audit documentation, and continuous improvement recommendations. Serves as a liaison between finance and IT, evaluates technology approaches, prepares functional documentation and training materials, and mentors analysts or contractors.

Leads the tooling engineering team and serves as the technical expert for designing, analyzing, validating, and implementing molds, fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing equipment for blade production. Manages projects, suppliers, costs, schedules, risks, and production readiness while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Provides technical leadership, reviews engineering deliverables, develops team talent, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and drives continuous improvement in composite manufacturing and tooling processes.
