Plan, schedule, and monitor manufacturing activities to ensure timely production and delivery. Manage WIP, inventory, and material transactions, support cycle counts and physical inventories, maintain ERP/MRP records, analyze production data, resolve material shortages, and support continuous improvement, safety, and ISO-aligned management systems.

Lead training delivery, assist in instructional design, support development of training materials, and conduct audits while working closely with associates.

Supervise and lead manufacturing associates, manage production activities, ensure adherence to work procedures, and promote a safe work environment while implementing LEAN tools for continuous improvement.
