Lead development and optimization of composites molding processes, execute engineering test plans, apply SPC and data analytics for root-cause and capability improvements, collaborate across Technology, Quality, Production, and Customers, mentor engineers, and implement manufacturing readiness and automation technologies. Requires on-floor presence and up to 25% travel between US and Mexico.

Design, program, simulate, and implement multi-axis robotic and automated systems. Develop automation implementation plans, PLC-based control systems, sensor integration, tests, validation, equipment acceptance criteria, time studies, safety/risk analyses, maintenance procedures, and evaluate AI-based manufacturing solutions for monitoring and predictive quality.

The Engineer, Blade Assure monitors and ensures the performance of the BladeAssure system, collaborates with departments, creates process documentation, drives standardization, and supports new technology trials.
