Analyze and improve business workflows, document processes, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, support automation and ERP-driven redesigns, promote continuous improvement, and manage multiple priorities to enhance operational performance.

Support construction draw process and project accounting for a national real estate portfolio: review draw packages, track lien waivers, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, maintain records, track budgets, and assist reporting and process improvements.

Perform accounts payable and transactional accounting tasks for customer accounts, support month- and year-end close, reconcile accounts and bank statements, prepare journal entries and financial reports, and assist with AP policies while supporting internal teams and vendors.

Support accounting operations for a growing real estate developer by reconciling transactions, managing job closures and WIP, preparing executive reports and draw packets, coordinating payments with Treasury and vendors, supporting ERP (Yardi) processes and special projects, and assisting with process improvements and backup accounting tasks.

Perform financial modeling and analysis (DCF, IRR, NPV) for real estate investments; conduct market research and due diligence; prepare investment memos and reports; support asset management, budgeting, forecasting, and loan covenant monitoring; collaborate with acquisitions, development, finance, and property management teams.

Manage ground-up construction projects from proposal through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and safety. Prepare estimates, obtain permits, coordinate stakeholders, manage contracts, invoices, change orders, and provide regular project reporting.

Support full-cycle accounting tasks including A/R and A/P, invoicing, month-end journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset and bank reconciliations, audit and tax support, and budgeting/forecasting. Investigate variances, maintain GL accuracy, and assist management with accounting controls and process improvements.

Manage enterprise commercial real estate insurance and risk programs, liaise with brokers and carriers, lead annual renewals, coordinate due diligence for new locations/projects, drive loss-control and compliance initiatives, support claims administration and cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage full recruiting lifecycle: source, screen, and present candidates; build client relationships and new business; coordinate interviews; meet productivity and revenue targets while tracking metrics.

Support accounting leadership across property portfolios by managing fixed assets, construction inventory, AR/AP, tenant billing, reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, audits, tax documentation, and budgeting/forecasting. Investigate variances and improve processes.

Support accounts receivable by communicating with customers, preparing aging reports and statements, entering invoices and late fees in YARDI, managing the AR inbox, reconciling accounts, assisting audits, collaborating with legal on demand letters, and driving process improvements to maintain accurate customer ledgers and resolve billing inquiries.
