We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to support the financial management with construction and capital projects across our national real estate portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in construction finance, project accounting, and real estate operations. You will work closely with both the Accounting and Construction teams to help manage the construction draw process and keep projects running smoothly from a financial perspective. This position will report directly to the CFO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the construction draw process across multiple active projects
  • Review draw packages to ensure required documentation is complete
  • Help track and collect lien waivers from contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Follow up with vendors and internal teams to gather missing information
  • Support coordination between Accounting and Construction teams
  • Maintain organized records of draw packages, waivers, and project documentation
  • Assist with tracking project budgets and costs
  • Support reporting and general administrative tasks related to project finances
  • Learn and assist in improving internal processes over time
  • Manage the reserve tracker to ensure that draws are submitted and received timely

Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, construction, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams and priorities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred (but not required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Exposure to construction, real estate, or property management environments
  • Familiarity with construction billing, pay applications, or lien waivers
  • Yardi Expereince
