Manages the full lifecycle of subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and vendor compliance for a large-scale data center construction project. Responsibilities include scope alignment, contract drafting, redline negotiations, execution and document control, budget reconciliation, prequalification, insurance and bonding compliance, lien waivers, notices, and close-out. The role works on-site with project management, legal, finance, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure contracts are accurate, executed before work begins, and aligned with project budgets.

Oversee commercial real estate acquisitions and leasing transactions from opportunity through closing. Track timelines, documentation, and deliverables; coordinate with Finance, Legal, Property Operations, Construction, brokers, vendors, and tenants. Manage tenant onboarding, review lease terms, prepare deal materials and reports, maintain transaction records, conduct market research, support pipeline meetings, and improve operational workflows. Assist with property tours, broker events, signage, marketing collateral, and special projects.

Leads the HR function for a multi-site organization, establishing scalable policies, processes, systems, and compliance practices. Advises executives on workforce planning, organizational structure, employee relations, succession, and retention. Oversees recruiting, onboarding, benefits, HR operations, employee data, reporting, and a distributed HR team. Requires strong employment-law knowledge, process improvement capabilities, discretion, and experience supporting corporate and field-based employees.
