Lead and manage accounts receivable operations including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, month-end close support, cross-functional billing issue resolution, process improvement, and ad-hoc reporting/analysis.

Supervise a small accounting team and manage monthly close, financial reporting (GAAP), reconciliations (bank, tenant escrow, fixed assets), tenant billing, and ERP fixed-asset accounting. Drive process improvements, support cross-team inquiries, and participate in finance projects to scale operations.
