Plans and executes complex joint and service-level exercises focused on targeting, fires, aviation, command and control, and multi-domain effects. Integrates Joint, Marine Corps, Naval, and Special Operations Forces capabilities, systems, data pathways, and operational processes. Support MARSOC training by conducting Advent Laden training, performing site surveys and scenario scripting, implementing and overseeing Advent Laden during exercises, and evaluating individual and collective tasks. Keep current on related policies and directives, provide surge support during evenings/weekends, and travel for extended unit readiness periods (including two 45-day deployments annually).

Lead program management for a DoD robotic logistics contract: oversee schedule, cost, technical performance, acquisition documentation, systems engineering, test and evaluation, and integrated logistics support.
