Define long-term strategy, external partnerships, brand positioning, vendor/member relationships, and industry-facing programs while working with staff to translate strategy into execution and maintain fiscal and cultural health.

Manage electrical construction projects for high-end residential and light commercial builds. Prepare estimates and bid packages, plan and schedule work, coordinate resources and trades, enforce quality control, manage change orders, ensure project profitability, read and distribute plans, and implement medium/high-voltage electrical systems on site.

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, collections, cash management and monthly sales tax. Oversee vendor contract negotiations, assist quarterly with financial statements, and handle inventory, labor, and accrual accounting. QuickBooks experience required; construction accounting knowledge helpful.

Act as liaison between sales, project management, and operations. Own CRM data, maintain pipeline reporting, qualify and route leads, perform outbound prospecting, coordinate deal schedules and handoffs, support proposal/quote administration, and assist sales reporting and collateral.

Serve as primary client-facing scheduler and point of contact for high-end residential AV projects. Manage installation phases, service visits, walkthroughs, and project milestones. Handle full-cycle issue management (intake to resolution and billing), meet SLAs, maintain accurate client records, and coordinate across technicians, project managers, accounting, and partners to expedite requests and deliver exceptional white-glove service.

Program and commission Lutron lighting systems (HomeWorks QS/QSX, RadioRA 2/3, Ketra, QS Shades); integrate with third-party AV/control systems; coordinate projects with PMs and trades; train clients; maintain documentation; perform quality control and troubleshooting.
