Skills Required
- Experience within low-voltage operations, senior project management, lead technician, senior engineering, or service management
- Leadership and team management experience, ideally including hiring and firing
- Proven ability to work remotely
- Steady work history, ideally with at least three years between job changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgment and ability to assess candidate character and fit
- Pleasant disposition and high emotional intelligence
- US-based location and ability to work without visa sponsorship
- Reliable internet and a clean, quiet home workspace
