Manage daily office operations including inventory and ordering, mail and shipment handling, data entry, phone and client interaction. Greet and assist clients, route inquiries, log interactions, maintain office supplies and facility maintenance, coordinate cleaning staff, and support employee-related administrative tasks.

Onsite AV Project Manager responsible for client and trade coordination, scheduling, scope delivery, quality control, change orders, plan interpretation, and maintaining project profitability and PM software status updates across construction phases.

Serve as primary client-facing scheduler and point of contact for high-end residential AV projects. Manage installation phases, service visits, walkthroughs, and project milestones. Handle full-cycle issue management (intake to resolution and billing), meet SLAs, maintain accurate client records, and coordinate across technicians, project managers, accounting, and partners to expedite requests and deliver exceptional white-glove service.
