Serve contractors, electricians, and homeowners at the sales counter by building relationships, recommending products, processing orders, returns, and exchanges, following up on quotes and bids, supporting sales teams, organizing inventory, and balancing the cash drawer. The role requires strong customer service, basic pricing and discount math, ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent English communication.

Design and produce engineering documentation for luxury residential low-voltage systems. Create layouts/proposals using CAD/Revit, specify control (Crestron, Control4, Savant), lighting/shading (Lutron), and network signal flow. Collaborate with sales and clients and understand construction phases for successful system implementation.
