Manage daily accounting and in-house payroll across multiple affiliates: AR/AP, bank reconciliations, collections, cash management, multi-state (CA/NV) sales tax, contracts, budgeting and cash flows, financial and compliance reporting, intercompany accounting, benefits/insurance administration, job costing, inventory, and year-end close.

Lead and develop the field team to deepen member and vendor relationships, identify mutual needs, design solutions, drive sustainable growth, represent the organization at events, partner with the CEO on strategy, and prepare as a succession path to CEO.

The role involves developing referral networks, managing client relationships, closing deals, and maintaining pipeline activities through CRM. Networking at industry events is key to this position.
